Nonsense. That's a lazy approach to history. Germans were the bad guys. They started the war and are responsible for it.
By blaming it on no one, you don't learn the lessons, punish the guilty, and help happen again in the future.

Technically the Serbians started it and the complex systems of alliances pulled all the rest into it.
