How in the world is that his responsibility though? You can't just criticize someone for humanitarian efforts just because it wasn't a cause you personally care about.

It's his money and what's important to him is eradicating polio among other things.

It isn’t. I’m not criticizing where the man spends it. I’m just saying that spending it in Nigeria isn’t outright a better net return than spending it here.

But I’m a pessimist that believes the track record of African use of foreign funds is dismal.
