99% of the time when someone is homeless it's not just a matter of being down on their luck. To get to that point you've gotta have some pretty serious mental issues going on. Just throwing a little money at them isn't going to magically get them on track. Sad but true

probably true in general. but nigeria will be back in debt overnight. can't understand how gates wants to toss that much money out of the country when so much can be done here.
