Was the simplest play to make and us made in school yards the nation over ever week during football season. Come up and form tackle the receiver. Instead he for some reason decided to attempt a highlight play flipping him in the air.
As a Saints fan I will never forgive such foolishness and neither will I forgive the defensive alignment covering the middle of the field.
Drew Brees deserved better and especially after his performance in the second half. Marcus ruined his last chance likely to ever win another championship.
And, yes, if I could see him face to face I would say the same.

The game of football has changed so much recently for safety reasons that I didn't think anyone tackled with their head down anymore...wow...hard to have sympathy for a professional with that type of technique...but it is a game and no one died so I will just have to let this one go...but man that one hurt...
