What major University doesn't?
I know of smaller schools around Baton Rouge that don’t have classes on Friday but every SEC school I know of has them.
I’m also in winter intercession so it’s a semester of material in 10 Days. Brutal brother.

My school didn't.
They used Fridays for staff meetings/appointments with students/work in office
