There are few coaches out there with a better technical grasp on the position.
Now, his age and recruiting potential are legitimate concerns, but he's almost the WR equivalent of Jenkins. Unquestionable authority on the pure Xs/Os coaching side of the ledger.

I was about to post this same thing. Guy looks like he can coach. Labors around a bit but has still got it going.
