That's ridiculous. My standards are probably more particular than most. I've lived through the destruction of NO East. I've been warning people about Metairie since the 1990s and they called me ridiculous. I mentioned in my first post that the apartments going up in Mandeville and Covington were the beginning of the end. I gave it about 15 more years.
