Last year (2016) my wife and daughter had multiple ER visits due to their severe asthma. Doctors prescribed them steroid inhalers, rescue inhalers, in home nebulizer machine that was getting used regularly and oral steroids. No matter what they’d still have breathing issues. One night/early morning ER visit the respiratory therapist quietly suggest we look into natural ways to fight their problem. After a bunch of research they switched to a diet with a lot of food based magnesium (not pills/powder) and other natural consumables including elderberry syrup. Today my daughter is off of her everyday inhaler and it has been months since she’s had to use her rescue inhaler or the nebulizer. My wife is also off of the everyday stuff and rarely uses the rescue. The nebulizer that once lived on our counter is collecting dust in a box in her closet. In some cases modern medicine isn’t worth a shite.

Maybe there was something in your environment around that time causing it. Why not 2013, 2014, or 2015? Now, whatever it was is gone.
