I think that rape allegation was nothing but BS. My opinion, he's a future NBA player, multi-millionaire, and he is about to go off to college, I think he was breaking up with his GF and she decided to try ruining his life by making false accusations. I mean, knowing where he is gonna probably be in 2 or three years from now, why would she just throw that away? We can debate this all day and in the end there's only 2 people on the face of this earth who knows the truth. If they already had a sexual relationship, why would she say no? And the fact the DA decided no to pursue charges? That means she didn't do a rape kit. If she did then there's either no evidence of rape or not enough to charge. All that is why I really believe he was breaking up and she got pissed because she knew where he was going in a few years. If he actually did rape her, there would be evidence and the DA would have pursued charges.
