They sue they shouldn't be out of pocket for expenses because someone else was driving carelessly

What kind of crap? Speeding and having a blowout? Because until toxicology comes back, that appears to be all that he did wrong.
I'm sure you never sped.
Or did anything dangerous or illegal as a teenager.
But as an unemancipated minor, his parents do bear legal responsibility for his actions.
