Sessions has been bankrolled by big tobacco forever

He's bought and paid for and this decision is just the reason he's given the big bucks

It will be easy for the Feds to roll up on these farms and bust them. They all have websites. My bro worked on a farm in washington. Cost 4million to set up. His friends parents cashed in their retirement to set it up. Hope they dont get busted.

Good. Im all for sessions enforcing the law. Its his job. Marijuana is illegal and unless the law changes, it should be enforced to the fullest extent.

That means that if the federal government says that marijuana is illegal, the states can't come in and legalize marijuana.
Not necessarily.

In fact it would be an interesting case. IMO the feds would win, but there is a potential argument there

It's worth the risk

Not if it means blowing up your neighbors house as well as yours.

While that is true, there is still the potential to permanently harm when not done correctly

Fine why are Congressmen from legal states not proposing legalization?

They are.
