Democrats can't claim there is no evidence while obstructing investigations looking for evidence.

Usually this is where you would insert a ridiculous analogy to point out the absurdity of it all, but nothing is more ridiculous than liberal reasoning.
Except the fact that Republican SOSs "obstructed" the "investigation" just like democrats

You can get people's Social Security numbers and how they voted in the last several elections? Hmmmm

First of all, the commission is not to prove or disprove what the President speculated about in January," Kobach said. "The purpose of the commission is to find facts and put them on the table. Importantly, it's a bipartisan commission." But the commission, which is chaired by Vice President Mike Pence, seemed to misunderstand voter privacy laws nationwide. Every state that responded to the commission's letter said it could not provide Social Security numbers, for example. Others said they consider information such as birth dates and party affiliations to be private. What's more, Kobach asked states to supply the information through an online portal. Many states have rejected this specific request, noting that the commission should file a voter information request through established state websites, as any other party would.

So basically if there is voting fraud then we will never know

Again, you cannot get how they voted in the last several elections and you cannot get their social security number which is the request that Pence and Trump were turned down for, moron.

Well we have state governments which Republicans strongly support. Would you like the federal government to start looking into elections in a way that would violate states rights?

You confused? Shocked! Most of the states stated the process to request the data is provided from my link (don' tmake me link more states). As in there is a way to gather the majority of the data.

So is it appropriate or inappropriate that the state said no? I'm just trying to understand why you're here

There's no record of "how you vote" you fricking retard. It's just what elections they voted in.

Who the frick you think gives out social security numbers idiot? The federal government. It's the way they crosscheck names nimrod.

The majority said there is a process in place to glean the majority of the data, so yes appropriate where it may violate state laws, is that clear enough for you water head?

I can purchase the entire voting roll to include your fricking address from the state even tab delimited to crank out mailing decals but no we won't voluntarily supply you with this or any other data.

How else would we find out if there is widespread voter fraud though?

And we are talking about a Federal Election. Shouldn’t they have a say in it as well?

This was you about 8 posts ago. You posted this in a thread about the election commission being dissolved which implies that you think that Foul Play is going on. Then you end the thread by acting like nothing went wrong and the states weren't violated in any way.

I never said the states were violated in any way I just said that most of them refuse to give up the information that Trump and Pence wanted.

Now you keep saying that they wanted information that is readily available. But some of that information that they wanted were social security numbers and voting records as in who they voted for in each of the elections.

Are you still following?

Seems to me that you really had no point in this thread and once you realized that, you reversed what you were trying to say.
