Kizer is a stopgap fix IMHO. He isn’t the future but he is good enough as a tackling dummy while they figure out the future at QB.
If they don’t see Rosen, Darnold, or Allen as that future, I don’t see spending a high pick on them when there are so many gaps to plug.
Even if they improve to the point where they win 4 more games next year they are still drafting high in the first and have the assets to trade up for a QB they really want.

2) The Cleveland browns ruin every QB draft pick
In either case, the Cleveland Browns are pretty much wasting a pick by choosing a QB.
I'd rather have Kizer with a stud offensive line than Rosen, Darnold, or anyone else behind a shite line.
