Monday was my first wod involving wall balls. I did 14 lbs, and the first 30 or so weren't so bad on my legs. My hands, though, were dying from squeezing the ball. The meat of my palm between my thumb and wrist felt like it was going to cramp . Need a lot more wall ball practice just for my hands to get used to it. Really surprised me.
