5x5 back squat with 2 weighted pull ups and 2 minute rest between each set of squats + pull ups

I did 185 on squats and heavy ring rows instead of pull ups. I wanted to make sure I was getting deep into my squats so I kept the weight a bit lighter than I initially wanted to, and it was the right call. The last set was HARD but I managed to keep up my depth and form through the whole workout.

I did 275 and should have been around 295.

Haven’t been squatting regularly and kept it lower.

We have never done anything like that. Our squats are always in part A with no real time or rest period. Just get it done. Never combined with anything either.
