The league is just too good this year from top to bottom. A&M was rolling until getting smashed by Alabama who in turn gets beat by a Vanderbilt team tonight that looked like it was struggling a bit going into SEC play. Tennessee looks good vs UNC. They go on the road and win at Arkansas (one of the toughest venues in the SEC) then get beat by 10 at home by Auburn.

There are simply no "gimmes" in the league this year and LSU just doesn't have the frontcourt or defense to seriously compete this season. That's not a knock on Wade but just a testament to how good the SEC is right now

Agree with that prediction Alt26. Of note, Tennessee actually lost at Arky in OT so they are 0-2 in conference. SEC is as good as it’s been in over a decade when SEC got 6+ into the tourney in the 2000-2007 era.

Think we will be competitive in almost every game but will be really hard to win on the road. 5-13 or 6-12 feels right.
