16. So many aces made there over the years. I'd love the chance to try and drop one on that right side, with that Sunday hole location, and see if I could cozy that ball down that slope to the hole.
I've played Amen Corner at Tour 18, in Dallas, several times. Those holes are ridiculously hard even by Tour 18 standards. I can't even imagine how hard they would be by Augusta National standards!

I always tell myself that my butter fade plays perfect for that hole and I would totally have the balls to start it over the water given the chance.

I played them at Tour 18. Went through there even Par. Bogied 11. That is a legit crazy hard Par-4. Not much to the tee shot, but every fiber in your being tells you to bail out right on the approach. Mid iron to a tiny target. I Parred 12... aimed at the bunker, but pulled it to the left fringe. 2 putted. Pulled off a great drive on 13.. a hook around the left side and had ~ 200 in. Hit a long iron and got on in 2. 2 putted. Mind you, the green speeds at Tour 18 were probably less than 10, which like 5 feet slower than Augusta.
Visually, I think I like 11 best. So pretty with the 12 hole and all the flowers sitting off to the right.
