he wants a yes man. the fact is no one knows what O's philosophy is on even defense because no one ever gave him a DC offer.

We know the defense is mostly Aranda because it's almost identical to what Wisconsin ran under him, but who's offense was it? I looked to have elements of what Canada runs and elements of what Cameron, and later Ensminger, tried to run.

If Canada didn't fit what Orgeron wanted then he needed to go. The question then becomes why was he even hired and then given such a ridiculous contract? Canada's system has been the same for years now so if that's not what Orgeron wanted he should have been able to figure that out before he hired him. There is a lack of strong leadership within the program and it goes all the way up to Alleva.

exactly. if o has a problem with the pre snap motion then hiring canada maybe the dumbest thing O has ever done.

If Canada didn't fit what Orgeron wanted he never should've been hired in the first place.

So, O didn't have any idea on what kind of Offense Canada was going to run when he initially met with him? Don't tell me he came out of that meeting and didn't have a clue on what Canada wanted to do.

I think this rift is more personal than about football.
