Which lessens the fat loss/muscle gain side of it. I'm doing the 16:8 as well but only water during If. According to her, I even have to wait to do my vitamins and EC stack when I break fast.

I mean, I know it works if you drink coffee, because shite I've done it. Just wanted to share that info because it surprised me too.

Caffeine produces insulin. That is why it can lessen a fast, since the purpose of a fast is to not have insulin going so you can get growth hormone and possibly autophagy.

One cup of black coffee is the max you can have and possibly not mess things up is what I've read. That's why I went with green or white tea if I had to have something

yea i read and listened to some of her stuff and I believe she is 100% correct. Its just how strict do you want to get, especially when you are lifting like martin does.
