The best solution is to convince all the posters, facebookers, tweeters, etc... who know exactly how police work should be done to hire on and lead by example instead of just complaining about it online.

Like the Dallas Police Chief said....

Yeah, I wonder what percentage of anti-police protesters have experience with 1) carrying a gun and having mentally prepared to defend their life with deadly force and 2) working a job that required you to arrest people who are prone to resist arrest with their own deadly force. A lot of monday morning quarterbacking and refereeing going on here.

No thanks. I'm doing quite well in private sector. The only government checks I have ever cashed have been income tax returns and I plan on keeping it that way.

I pay several thousand dollars in taxes every year that fund police departments, and you think I shouldn't complain about how that money is spent? What am I allowed to complain about? If you could give me a concise list, that would be great.
