BTW. During the holiday I took the kids to the McDonalds at Essen a couple times. Both times I noted a huge increase in customer service and order accuracy(4 and 5 shitbiscuits with us each time).
I noticed this at Taco Bell(Perkins @ Essen) recently as well. They have to have taken notice of the public admiration for Chick-a-Fil's customer service and taken measures.
Exactly. I think some execs at these places known for shitty service have taken notice.
On the other hand, The Circle K's(On the Runs etc) are business as usual and shite.
