Brought mine when she was 5. We had an awesome company ranch outside of Freer. She loved watching and learning, but always pulled for the deer for the first 5 years or so. She missed it when I left the company, but got on a marsh lease a couple years ago. The 8 point she shot a couple years ago isnt the biggest, but he will always have a special spot on the wall. Best hunt ever!

Took my daughter age 3 this year. Too young, but made some memories. After first day, which was opening day, she got more used to the routine and mostly slept. Bring lots of food and drink, and your patience, and just understand, it ain’t about the deer if you do this...
