I have more or less the exact setup. I'll see if I can find some photos of both platforms.
eta: this is my skiff with both platforms on it. Both are rarely on it while I'm fishing. They take up a lot of deck space.
One thing I would add - try to make sure the height and width of your taller platform allows for the complete opening of the hatch while the smaller platform is installed.

Can one of y’all give me the dimensions of the piece y’all stand on? I’m having a 30” tall platform built but can’t decide what I want up top.
