Other producers hijacked his sound and it became oversaturated and stale. Same thing happened to Lex Luger who pretty much birthed the new age of trap paving the way for Metro, Mike WiLL, Southside, TM88, Pierre Bourne, etc. Lex was everywhere and founded 808 Mafia then the sound got stale and he couldn't adapt. Now he mostly just DJs shows. Mustard needs to come back though. He had a good West coast sound if he could become more versatile.
