I got a haircut and beard trim from Troy at Mercer Supply when I was in BR last month. He did a great job. A bit pricey but they seem to do good work there.

Mercer Supply is the type of place where a man in a bowtie,leather apron, and oiled moustache will give you a damn good haircut for around 50 bones.
That's more an experience than a regular haircut place, at least for a non-OT balla like me.
