I think that would kind of go along with it.A "con-man".

I've known a few people that are like that.Really smooth talkers that you know are full of shite.But they get over on people that don't know what they really are.

They usually end up broke and alone because they've screwed over everyone that has let them.

There's an old saying,"To get screwed you have to assume the position";I think it applies to more than sex.
