Chark was a disappointment this year.
Not really. Etling is just average and missed him on the deep ball like a dozen times.
And he was still 5th in the conference in yards and 1st in YPR.
Our redzone offense just sucked.

I guess you quickly forgot at how many critical big play deep balls he dropped that were right in his bread basket huh? Chark was not that good this year. In fact, the same problems last year plagued these WRs. They dropped some big TD passes in the Bama game. Same thing happened last year in that Bama game. Yeah, Etling wasn't good in either but much of all this year he didn't get help from his WRs either when the opportunities were there.
LSU has some big WRs on their roster and they play soft, unpolished routes and have major drop problems. It's easy for me to see why they want several WRs in this class. The entire roster hasn't exactly lived up to expectations even when given the opportunity. I've seen passes Etling made that looked really bad at first but if you looked at them again you'd see they're the WRs fault for slowing up on a route making him overthrow them by 10 yards.
LSU could definitely sell you can come in and start immediately.
