Your boy Pecker is a lover of all animals, but not pit bulls. I think they're evil creatures that have no place in the home.
That said, if you have one, you should love it and show it affection so that it becomes well-adjusted. Because now when that little monster gets out, he's going to tear the head off of the first unsuspecting child he happens upon.
