Because one of the main arguments in favor of repealing NN was to "reduce regulation" and empower the free market.

If the telecom industry is not a a part of the free market, how will relieving NN change the monopoly of the current stakeholders?

Just because a market isn't perfectly free doesn't mean market effects do not exist.

Or is it your belief that Comcast is going to bend over Netflix, Amazon, Google et al, and nothing will happen?

And FISA courts are fricking secret. We have some pretty good history on what nations do with secret shite. But let's not derail.
