Folks can say what they want... but Coach O has a pretty damn good network in coaching.
I'd say, "never missed a beat" with replacement of Grimes... and he only left because he got a OC job.
In September many wanted Grimes fired on the spot... by srason's ebd our OL was actually pretty solid... so coaching was actually pretty darn good.
Now our OL coach is moving on for advancement opportunity and within a day of the announcement, O has what's viewed as an excellent replacement.
Good job Coach O!
