you have trouble with your hands, but can use chopsticks?

i prefer to eat all of my food with a spork. provides the best attributes of forks and spoons.

Yes it is. Fresh from the butcher. Not cured. No preservatives.

The specific spices in my eggs are for health reasons. I have a number of neurological conditions including epilepsy, my 3rd malignant brain tumor and others.

*Turmeric is for epilepsy and is anticancer.
*Black Pepper helps the turmeric to cross the blood brain barrier
*Cayenne helps with inflammation and is anticancer.
*Coconut oil helps the immune system and with brain function.

I use chopsticks whenever I can because I can control them better than a fork or a spoon. I often have trouble with my hands neurologically. I eat most of my food with chopsticks.

My dad just cured a ham of his own this week using Stevia.

It makes no sense I know, but a few years ago eating with a fork became really difficult and I spilled everything with a spoon. So I starting using chopsticks more and became quite good with them. Now it is much easier. I always carry them with me in case wherever I'm eating doesn't have them. Of course I get laughed at for using them. Almost as much as when I have a seizure in public.

No worries. It's a rather odd situation. Sometimes I forget how simple things can come across to those who do not know me well. I do not plan on dying anytime soon. This is my third time around with the malignant tumor, so I know how to deal with it.

No worries. I just do what I can and try to deal with things as best I can without pills. Sometimes it can be a bit different.

I am on a high fat low carb diet for the epilepsy. I prefer not to eat fried food not to lower fat calories but rather because it tastes like arse. Too many other ways to cook good food.
