Pretty terrible. Is there anyone of any political stripe who supports one or more of the following?:
1) Civil asset forfeiture (no criminal conviction or even criminal charges)
2) Proceeds of criminal or civil forfeiture going to the agencies and individuals responsible for the seizures/forfeitures

CAF is one of the things that is pushing people to the edge. It's 100% corruption. And think about this: they could exercise CAF on Soros, on the Clintons, and many others. Yet they never do. Instead they steal money from mom & pop stores that make cash deposits and things like that.
Force these POS's to pay back that money. They got it through corrupt means.
