I find it hard to believe that all 20 of our commits will sign in Dec. if they don't sign, they will be considered risks, and the recruiting will begin.

I think we will see lots of fluidity with the class after early period. Unless they all somehow sign, which would be a surprise to me. I think most will, like 16 or so, maybe more, who knows, but people are going to move around IMO.

This is all new to everyone so there will be complications and learning curves.
