Well I guess selective memory goes both ways.

Everyone seems to think Texas last drive was awesome.

Young threw a dumbass pass that should have been intercepted but was just batted down instead by the USC defender.

And once again the game could have been ended by a bad USC defense on a 4th down at the very end.

The stats for the game are almost exactly the same with USC having 20 more yards of offense and 1 more turnover.

That was the difference in the game.

But selective memory is that Texas and VY were just too awesome. Which is the exact opposite of how the game played out.
