Turn on vehicle.
Run defrost/heat split full blast.
If you have heated seats, turn them on.
Turn on rear defroster.
Essentially, get the cabin as warm/hot as possible and it will make getting the ice off easier.

Yeah slight problem with that being I can't get into my truck now. Ice must've done something to the door locks.
