Just watched the video. Unbelievable.

That poor fool was so scared he probably shite himself. Clearly not violent, belligerent, or anything.

If you can get shot in that situation, none of us are safe. You issue enough commands, eventually something will go wrong. Esp if the guy had a few drinks. Which we know he did.

Damn shame.

Looks like his shorts where coming down as he was crawling and it was an involuntary reaction to pull them up. I probably would have done the same thing.
