I’m sick of the “Well if the suspect wouldn’t have done X, then Y would never have happened.”
We are all innocent 7ntil proven guilty, unless a cop deems to give you a death sentence.

How many times does her testimony need to be posted?
I'll post it again.

She closed the window's drapes and pushed the gun away from the window as Nuñez held it, she said.

This is the second cop shooting that I can't justify at all.
This fricker and the fricker that shot the guy in the back need to burn in hell.
What about that Australian lady in Minnesota who called the cops to report a crime and they showed and killed her?

You really do think this was justified don’t you?
You’re fricking disgusting.
A man is dead. The circumstances were horrible
But a cop doesn't need to be in jail because:
1) a drunk man pointed his gun at innocent people
2) a drunk man couldn't follow the exact same set of instructions as the woman before him
3) and the cops weren't going down the hall to cuff him, when 3 people with rifles had been reported to 911, and only two had exited the room

Comply or die
Again, why do you love big government?

What?

People shouldn't die for failing to follow instructions. Particularly the awful instructions and the way they were given.
The officers escalated and caused the whole situation. They are 100% responsible.

What?
uh, the police were called by people at the hotel pool, because he was pointing what looked like a hunting rifle out the window of his hotel room

You’re willfully ignorant. A cop does need to be in jail because:
1) this drunk man did nothing illegal, and people acted irrationally;
2) the cop escalated the situation and threatened to kill the guy; and
3) just because the woman was able to do what he said, doesn’t mean that the guy was at fault for faltering.
The cop controlled the situation right up until he controlled the man to death.

pointing a gun at people isn't illegal?

Shut the frick up
While the guy was prone on the ground send somebody over to cuff him. The cops created the scenario in the hallway.

apparently, the idiot was waving a rifle out the window...
that's why the cop asked if he was drunk...
he said no
so the cop could have concluded the guy was just nuts at point, completely unpredictable..
bad cop
but idiot behavior in a hotel will get you in a lot of trouble
