When there is no longer a racial element to the distribution of wealth and upward mobility, then it can be said that racism no longer exists.

Today in America, other than native americans, blacks as a group have it the worse off in virtually every way and whites have it the best of all racial groups in every way.

Some 90% of the wealth in the U.S. is held by whites. If I remember the figure correctly, blacks Americans as a group only hold like 2% of the total wealth despite being something like 12% of the total population.

When African Americans value two parent homes and education as much as whites, distribution will dramatically change.

The problem with looking at raw data and not factoring in actual elements of society would lead anyone to believe statistics are racist.

Don't deal drugs on the street
Value education
Value two parent homes
Stay reasonably sober

That's how you build a foundation for wealth

ETA: returning to the OP, I think we whites should sacrifice and work together to prevent people of color from all nations from making the horrible mistake of immigrating to the US, so that they will never feel the pain of institutional racism.

It's the least we can do to atone for the sins of our fathers.
