It depends how it's done. Especially in a professional environment you kind of have to play things conservatively. If you're jumping straight to sexual requests with people with whom you are working then you're playing a dangerous game.

I usually just say they're biased towards such claims (on women's rights), which is true, and clouds their judgement.

I think the plural is key. I think everybody chiming in here on “how’s a Guy gonna know until he tries” is correct. You gotta try once. MAYBE twice. But even twice and it is dicey.
I am married to a former co worker. I was her supervisor technically by the time we started dating. So I get it.
If Moon repeatedly asked her out. Or got handsy in any way? It’s harassment.
But if he asked her out once or even if he went so far as asking her to go away for a weekend “together”. Basically “let’s go to Fiji and frick. I’m paying. “ that’s not harassment. That’s how a rich older dude takes a shot at a girl younger and out of his league.
Lord help Brett Favre when someone remembers the Jenn Sterger dick pic episode.
