Guess who will be in Abu Dhabi for the Mubadala World Tennis Championship?
Rafa, Djoker, Stan, Raonic, and Thiem? YES PLEASE!

Depends how you define that. Will he win a slam? I would have to say no. He hasn’t shown enough consistency up to this point, and without a decent seed, the road to the final is too tough.
He could still have a great year, though. I’m definitely looking forward to more of that lefty one-hand backhand porn
I love watching his forehand, actually. So natural. Reminds me a smidgeon of my homeboy Rios.
I would agree that a slam is unlikely*, and I would further agree with the reason you stated. I can definitely see a deep run happening, though. And I can see a Masters 100 win, and a few 250/500 wins sprinkled in there. Kid is just real damn good at tennis.
*though not impossible

Did not know Playboy Grigs was dating Nicole Scherzinger. Would smash.*

You had me until Raonic. :)
No, seriously, that will be awesome.

I’ve said before that I don’t like to have my money tied up for a year, but if I were to bet on this, Dimitrov at 20/1 seems crazy to me. He made incredible strides this year, and he’s still only 26 years old. He’s also probably the most likely player on that list to stay healthy.
I cannot disagree. Where did you find those odds? Worth a sprinkle.

It’s Isner time.

It rhymes with Live Crimes, like the one you would be committing by wagering on sports.
There’s a book here in town that still has Grigor at 25/1 to win AO. Planning to make a stop there before work.

I have been torn on going to Miami the past few years. It was the unofficial fifth major until 5-10 years ago, but their public facilities fell behind Larry Ellison and his Indian Wells project, and the rest is history. The Key Biscayne location is cool, so I'm bummed I won't see it, but papa Ross and his cash breathing life into this thing should be cool to see.

Tennis is back bitches
Shapo is a dog to Edmund. Bookies trying to fatten their pockets before 2018 even starts.
ETA: Oops the match is in 2018

Australia might be another mess of withdrawals. Murray is in a fricked up state of denial right now. Every video I see of the guy, he is moving at like 50%, yet he won't just go get surgery or whatever. I hope Nadal and Djokovic are just being careful for Melbourne. The time is now for NextGen. Looks like Edmund and Shapo had a great match today.

Fantasy Tennis League is back for 2018 if anyone is interested. It lasts the whole year, so it requires a lot of time and effort.

Great point. Millman is a solid player. Nice to see him back in good form.

Serena is out, which is a bit of a bummer because I thought it might be cool to see her come back and roll as a mom. But, the tour is more wide open and exciting without her. Halep or Woz, for the love of god, go get a title.
