His disclosure of covert CIA operations in Syria to the Russian foreign minister/via Twitter and the very substance of this conversation (recognition of Jerusalem) immediately spring to mind.
Although we don't know the full consequence of his CIA disclosure, blown cover of CIA/Israeli intelligence agents in ISIS controlled territory is an action that could very likely have deadly consequence.
Also, if you don't think the move of the US embassy/Jerusalem recognition will be paid for in blood, you're too naive to be in this conversation.
None of that is attenuated supposition based on hyperbole. Trump's actions have real world consequences. Just because you and he refuse to believe he could ever be wrong, that doesn't make it so.
