Sure, but does that invalidate the entire document?

“So Mr. Flynn, did you go before a judge on (date) and swear that...?”
I don’t know that answer. Thankfully the last criminal law exposure I had was 6 years ago.

And the Storkeman isn't the only one that will give the Mueller team this same problem.

I really don't know what you're saying here. There would be no trial. The witness no longer exists.
Even if it's a pleading/hearing matter, unless the interview was recorded, Flynn states "I did not agree with the US Attys conclusion that I was not truthful but concluded under the circumstances that I had little or no chance of successfully contesting it and that accepting the plea was the only viable option.
