There are conflicting reports, so I'd be curious to see what Disney actually gets. Some reports say "selected FOX channels" while other reports say "everything but news and sports".
Disney owning the FOX broadcast channel would suck immensely.

looks like fox regional sports networks are part of the deal but not fs1.
