If there is anything I would be less likely to watch since the NFL went south, it would be the NBA which has sucked for 30 years now. NBA...football in sneakers.

Soccer is not bad for the 4 mins of action. The other 86 mins of kicking the ball back & forth is mind-numbingly boring.

I have never watched an NBA game on purpose. I have tuned in to the last couple of minutes of some playoff games. Haven't left the TV on a NBA game for more than two seconds in five years.
I gave up on professional sports when MLB players went out on strike years ago.

What you are really saying without even knowing it is you don't enjoy the game of basketball.
For over 100 years the rules of basket ball did not allow you to double dribble. They did not allow you to take more than 2 steps without dribbling. They did not allow you to palm the ball.
The NBA violates all of those rules.
