If the committee took all champions, yes because they were deemed that and teams that earned their way got a chance.

So does Wisconsin AND they won their conference division, what's your point?

Bama had A MUCH tougher schedule than Wisky......

Their division that Wisky plays in is pure garbage compared to the SEC west........

Peej I do not disagree with you based off what the committee originally was telling us when forming. Jeff Long and people told us Champions matter. Now Hocutt these last 2 years has changed that, without explanation. Other than having Herbstriet be his mouthpiece last year with “4 best teams”

Delaney not being a weasel right now wow!

But, do you take 3 loss Auburn or 1 loss Alabama in this year's scenario?

3 loss Auburn if the SEC title game isn't a blowout: Auburn has head to head, tougher SOS, DOMINATED teams that Alabama struggled to defeat, and won the division per the metric that's distinguishable. Would be an interesting argument when they compare the outcomes of their respective LSU games, may cause a split.

May wanna check that, Wisky defeated FAU(Kiffin's 10-3 team), Northwestern, Iowa and Michigan. Alabama defeated LSU, Texas A&M and Mississippi State, whoopdeefrickingdoo and lost the game that decided their conference division.

1 loss

In a conference title game

Against an equally ranked opponent

By a lesser margin than bama vs

Anyone with vision and a brain that’s watched any football would choose bama over Ohio State. The criteria are guidelines to help the committee but at some point common sense has to kick in.

Prove it, LSU lost to Troy at home, Texas A&M blew a 4 TD lead to 6-6 UCLA and struggled to beat Ole Miss and Arkansas, Mississippi State lost the Egg Bowl AT HOME and almost lost to UMass(4-7 team btw). FAU's 10-3 with top-caliber offense and won their conference, Northwestern's 9-3, top 25 and defeated both Michigan State and Iowa. Iowa defeated OSU by 31 points, a 9-4 North Texas squad and is headed to a bowl game. Michigan's 8-4 on the season. How on Earth is A&M or Mississippi State superior than any of those teams? I'll give you LSU bc LSU's been on fire as of late.

OSU's top 10 nationally in both defense and offense with a tougher SOS with JT as the QB and Urban as HC, hmkay.

Like the SEC is after top 4?

Match the leagues up head to head I’ll wager the B1G split

In the last 20 years the SEC has won 10 championships amongst 4 teams. Big10, 2 amongst 1 team. How it’s even debatable that these leagues are comparable is laughable and could only be made by someone that’s either ignorant or has an agenda.

LOL you clearly have not been paying attention, the Big 10's a P5 conference with 5 teams in the Top 25, 3 are currently in the Top 10

SO... Yet they have ZERO teams in the playoff... There is A REASON for this.........
