He wasn't found innocent.
He was found not guilty of murder.
And it wasn't politically motivated.
I've seen zero evidence that he intended to shoot her. The fact that it was a ricochet leads me to believe he didn't. He should have been charged and convicted of manslaughter or negligent homicide.
And he should be in prison.
Prosecution fricked up, imo.
