Jimbo is a name hire with a good resume, but personally I'm not too concerned. I think he makes a&m a game or two better. As long as he has the more talented team than his opposition they'll probably win. But if you put a team as equally talented up against him its a different result. He's going to recruit well but Sumlin did as well. His offensive scheme is a good pro style but I'll be more worried if it was Dabo's scheme.
