You have no idea what he said. You have no idea who he ratted out. You don't know the nature of the allegations he has made nor how long they take to investigate. We know they talked to Kushner as well, but only to ask if he could exxonerate Flynn.

All you know is he got charged with a very simple crime and the motion that has the plea on it tells you almost nothing except that he lied about two specific acts.
