I always see a "couple" who lives by me walking to the Jefferson. He's an older bald guy and his lady friend is skinny and is always in short shorts and high heels. I'll see them walking home sometimes and she's never not hammered.

I own several properties around that area and have heard the same thing from numerous tenants, including my property manager.
