What’s the market like these days as far as offensive coordinators go? I want Canada to stay, but just thinking of what the current talent pool looks like?

Anywhere a coach is being fired, or is leaving, there is likely an OC that is also being fired ... Texas A&M, Tennessee, Moo State, Arky, etc. Wasn't Kliff Kingsbury kanned? I've heard the name of Dan (?) Enos. I would think there are other good, young, available OCs out there. Hopefully O doesn't make the same mistake that DiNardo made (when DiNardo elevated an old Mac MacConnell to OC, when he didn't want the job, a la Ensminger.)

But I'll believe Canada is leaving when I see it. If he does, not the end of the world IF O makes a good hire.
